Shipping costs are identified on each item for delivery to UK Mainland only. We are able to deliver to other destinations but please contact us first for a quote.

Quatropi Ltd use 3rd party couriers to deliver your order to your home. We do not inflate our selling prices to cover the cost of shipping. The charges we apply are the actual charges we pay the couriers.

We use 2 types of courier, a standard parcel courier and 2 different pallet couriers.

Should you have a preferred delivery date, please note this in the “Special Instructions” box during checkout. We will try our best to deliver on a specified date, though are unable to guarantee this.

Saturday deliveries are possible though do incur an extra cost. This is generally around £15 but please contact us for a quote if required.

In all instances, deliveries must be signed for. The couriers are unable to leave parcels in your shed or garage etc.

Please ensure that you give us a daytime telephone number so the courier may contact you if necessary.

Standard Parcel Courier

  • We use a courier called Amtrak.
  • The service is a next working day service (except remote areas and Ireland)
  • When we despatch your item, you should receive an automated email from us, these are regularly spammed by some service providers so please check your spam box within 48 hours of paying for your order.
  • Amtrak will email you directly with your consignment number and an expected delivery date, again, these are regularly spammed.
  • If you are not home when Amtrak tries to deliver, a calling card will be left for you to contact them directly to arrange an alternative delivery date.
  • The courier will hold your parcel at their depot for 48 hours after a calling card has been left at your address. If you do not contact them within this time your parcel will automatically be returned to the Quatropi warehouse and a further shipping charge will apply for redelivery.
  • No delivery appointments can be made.
  • Once your order has been despatched, please contact your local Amtrak depot with any queries regarding delivery. You can find your local depot at www.amtrak.co.uk
  • You are able to track your parcel online at www.amtrak.co.uk

Pallet Couriers

  • We use 2 pallet couriers, called Palletways and Planet.
  • The service is a 2 day service.
  • When we despatch your item, you should receive an automated email from us, these are regularly spammed by some service providers so please check your spam box within 48 hours of paying for your order.
  • The courier will telephone you directly for a delivery appointment.
  • Should you not be at home during the agreed delivery timescale, the courier will return your item to their warehouse and apply further costs for a second delivery.
  • The service is a 1 man “to your door” service. Please make sure that you have help available, if you need it, to site your new furniture in the room of your choice.
  • The courier will not remove any packaging.
