We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging.

 

Should you wish to return your item to us, please notify us first in writing to sales@quatropi.com 

 

Items returned for replacement or refund will be returned to Quatropi at your cost. We are able to arrange a courier should you wish, but the cost of collection is deductable from any refund. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

 

Quatropi will sustain all delivery and collection costs should your item be significantly different from advertised or damaged upon receipt.

Returns period

Our normal returns period is 28 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time

We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow time for your item to reach us. We will process refunds within 7 days of receipt of your item in our warehouse 

Refunds

If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.

Replacements

If you have requested replacements of a higher value, we require payment of the difference before replacment items will be sent.
