The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the Quatropi website, in the showroom, or by telephone; placing your order this way indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for your records.
General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through the Quatropi Ltd website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Warranty
All of our products are covered by our 1 year warranty. This warranty starts on the day following your receipt of the product. If the product is a stock item and there is a problem we will make it right within 21 days of your receipt, provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt. For products that were made to order we will usually need to order in a replacement (part) which may take up to 10 weeks, however you will be able to use the piece you have received until the replacement arrives. Please check your product upon delivery, if there is a problem with your product please email us within 7 days at sales@quatropi.com with a photo of the damaged part, as we can not process orders for replacements unless we have a photo of the damage.
Product Information
We have collated the product specifications, images and other information published on our website from information provided by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, or gathered from public-domain sources. At Go Modern Ltd we endeavour to ensure this information is as accurate and up to date as possible however we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stated at the time when you place your order and confirmed in our order acknowledgement. If the price published for the goods is wrong due to an error or omission Quatropi Ltd is not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price. Instead we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT and inclusive of delivery charges to most mainland UK locations, see delivery page for clarification.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses suffered by you if we do not supply the goods.
Delivery Times
Delivery of stock items will normally be made within 7-10 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. Payment is due on order of goods, unless specific arrangements for part payment are made, & in all cases full payment must be received before goods are dispatched.
Product Guarantees
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturers Guarantee for a period of 12 months. Should your purchased item develop a manufacturers fault within twelve months of your date of purchase we shall either replace or repair it as we deem most appropriate. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse and general wear and tear.
Returned Goods
We offer a no quibble 7-day returns policy on stock items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery and receive a full refund excluding actual delivery charges that we may have incurred. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in the original packaging for transit. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products please email us at sales@quatropi.com or call 02476 642139 within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days from informing us that you wish to cancel your order your right to cancel will be revoked.
Cancellations
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have confirmed the order with you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. Full cancellation of an order is possible in the first three weeks after order, after that it is at our discretion as some parts of the order may have been specifically ordered for you, & after three weeks may have been dispatched from the factory. A 20% return fee will be chargeable in these circumstances.
