Well, we’re a family business that genuinely cares about people – staff, customers, suppliers and partners are all treated in a respectful and friendly way. This is our code of honour.
We believe there are a number of areas that give us an edge over most of our competitors:
We design and source many of our products and so you will not find 85% of our furniture for sale anywhere else.
We hold a lot of stock in our various warehouses in the midlands. This means that most of the time, our delivery times are fast, and well within 5 - 10 working days.
We have our own delivery team to deliver our larger items. This means the guys that knock on the customers’ door know the products, can help and advice and give a friendly and professional service.
We understand that customers often need to talk to us before, during, or after the sale and we are set up to ensure that during normal office hours we will always answer calls with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Of course, from time to time things go wrong so we have staff that are committed to sorting any post-delivery issues out as quickly as possible. We will always be fair and reasonable and will do our very best to try to keep every customer satisfied.
Even when we are the only supplier available we believe in fair consistent prices. Without the mark-up of wholesalers in the chain we can usually blow our competitors’ prices away.

We are a small to medium size family business that specialise in modern furniture. We design, source, stock and deliver direct to the public. We are super-passionate about the quality of our products. We have been going since 2004 with strong growth every single year. We are constantly developing our products and services and have an incredibly exciting future mapped out.
Our warehouse and offices are open 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm Saturdays and 9am - 4pm bank holidays.

Unfortunately, our main showrooms remain closed until further notice. For Spring/Summer 2021 we will not be having any garden furniture on display.
Only our sofa showroom remains open strictly by appointment. Due to very limited availability, we will unable to accommodate any walk-ins.
